Warranty

-The warranty period starts at the date of the purchase,that is pointed out on the warranty card.

-The warranty service is performed just with the availability of correctly filled in and valid warranty documents and also with presented valid payment documents(a receipt,an invoice).The warranty is voided by abnormal appearance,correction or changes in the invoice or the warranty card.

-The warranty is valid just for damages caused by a manufacturing defect,which is evident during the warranty period.

-Claims for an unassembled product are performed just in the moment of its acceptance.

-Damages due to poor transport,unless it is organized by CREATIVO DESIGN BULGARIA Ltd.,
Improper storage,failure to comply with instructions in the accompanying documentation,natural disasters and foce majeure circumstances,use of low quality supplies,attempt to remove defects by unauthorised persons or because of other reasons,independent by the supplier,are removed at the expense of the customer.

Warranty is not valid under the following conditions:

-Wrong installation,repair,recast or change of the product or parts of it, done by the
final user.

-Damages,caused by wrong remove (traces of blows) or improper operation.

-Damages, caused by humidity, chemicals and heaters.

-Improper cleaning, storage, non-use as intended and failure to comply with specific conditions of the product.
